I love this because the colors are incredibly beautiful and the vintage silk is incredibly soft. But also because I bought it secondhand for a song because it was covered stains. Which all washed out!!

We all have those H scarves in our mind that we consider to be THE ONE [or two or five] must have piece for our collection. I thought it would be fun to open up a thread for all the scarfies on here to discuss what scarves of yesteryear we are constantly on the hunt for or wishing & hoping H will re-issue. We all have different tastes in silks and it will be cool to see what makes others' go nuts in terms of patterns/colors/themes.

I have a few on my list but have yet to find the perfect combo of colorway/condition/price to scoop them up yet, especially when each new season brings more must-haves. I will list mine below. What are YOUR grails?

2. Siam
3. En Avant Toute [QM2 edition]
4. Daimyo
5. Turandot

Love this thread!

My all time favourite would be henri d'origny's work. Starting to collect them one by one.

My grail scarf of the moment would be the Mythiques Phoenix embroidered scarf. Simply divine and luxurious!

I found a Prune Turandot in excellent condition at a reasonable price. I never wear it and it is my only Holy Grail 90 carre. I tend to like silks with Chinese or Japanese motifs.

Happy you revived this BJS! I have been very, very naughty and have acquired most of my "grails", which is why I'm on Ban Island indefinitely, so I don't have many left, really only one:

Coupons Indiens. 90 carre. In either cw 04, or 01.

I also love the C'est la Fete in the Nuit/Gris/Prune cw, but I don't think I will ever bring myself to paying the prices people are asking for it. But, you never know! :graucho:

But Coupons will be next. Whenever "next" is. :tender:
