DJ - I love your collection. I'm particulary intrigued by the fact that you have two Indulge Mes - a style I am very curious about. My only reservation is those wide handles. I just don't know how well they would stay on my shoulder as the threaded handles on my LMMs slip until they are really broken in and the wide padded shoulder strap that comes with the TMA also slips.

Everytime I look at your Adore Me in your avatar, I waver on whether to let my dark purple AM go! I love Aubergine so I understand why you are torn over the MMS. I just sold my midi size in this leather. I LOVE the leather but, although I like the style, I just didn't reach for it like I do a shoulder/messenger bag.

I really love my Adore Me it is one of my favorite bags. It is easy to carry and so light. I get so many compliments when I use it. I wondered why you are letting your dark purple Adore Me go. I also love the Aubergine leather and if it was the smaller MMS I would definitely keep it. In fact I have had this bag for close to 9 months and I although I have not used it I just have not let it go. I keep thinking well maybe I should keep this bag because I absolutely love the leather. I also happen to be very partial to the MMS style it is a favorite of mine.
Now the Indulge Me I really like and have not had any trouble keeping the straps on my shoulder. Although the other possibility is that it might slip off and I have not paid enough attention to it happening because I love the style so much. I really like having 2 pockets that zip up and a center pocket that I can put something into really easily. The blue crash Indulge Me I have never used as my daughter absconded with it before I could use it. She loves the style and uses that bag all the time.
You have a fabulous BE collection.

Giovanna - another TMA lover! Yippee.

Djfmn - I had 3 purple bags (although they were all very different purples). My collection is at a size where if I get more bags without something leaving, they don't get worn and that, to me, is just a waste. Also, as I don't have a money tree, I sometimes have to sell something to get a style I want more. So the aubergine MMS Midi went to fund a taupe matte EM (love this style). I listed the AM to fund a Covet Me but may just wait until the January sale to see what comes up.

I love my BE bags but the retail prices are getting very close to the maximum that I am prepared to pay for a handbag (bad news for my newfound Bal love) so it is sale or pre-loved for me from here on as I have part time studies to pay for and my family live on another continent so I have to budget for long haul airline fees too.

I will update mine over the holidays since I'm off work. After I get the two final BECs, that will be it for me for awhile. You're right, Van, got to fund. Was able to get the latest stash because I downsized more than half of my LV collection. I just wasn't carrying them anymore so it was a waste to have so much invested. Your collections are all marvelous.

dj ... the Supernova Clutch is wonderful. Especially if you customize it like I did so you have a wristlet as well as a thin but long messenger strap for shoulder and cross-body carrying. It's got some size; not just a tiny evening bag into which you can only fit an ID card and your keys. Having the extra interior slip pocket on the interior and the slip pocket on the back help too. I love the pewter one that's pretty standard with the threading, but absolutely LOVE the one I customized with the vertical stud rows in the softest, silkiest velvet black matte. If you're looking for a good clutch that has some size, you won't find one better than this.

If you wish to have one BEC'd, just tell Aimee that you want Marco to make you one like he did for Larke (me). Of course you can choose your own leather - black crash, shimmer or pewter crash, or mottled gold would be excellent choices and you can even supply your own lining, which I did in the black one. The pewter one came with purple. A black crash would look great with gold hardware and black satin with gold lame threading. You can find that at www.fabrics.com.

Dang, Sister Mary Pocketbook, how long did it take you to make this list? About 7 years? Just the other day, I put all my Echandias in their black silk pajamas. Most of them have throwaway stuff in them like old grocery store receipts, dried out pens, gum wrappers, etc... In the days to come, I'm going to do beauty treatments on a few of them every day until they are all done - clean, soft, and gleaming. I'm going to especially get after those linings, then Scotchguard them like you do. Then I'm going to label them like Ten did hers. Great idea, that. There's a sale coming up, but I've still got a BEC coming, and I'm also hoping so hard that Junie can find some rust/cayenne leather somewhere. I know I should re-home some of my bags, but the very thought makes me so sad. I love them all so much, even the ones I don't use often. I promised myself they would never go to a lady I d0 not know or love!
