I love this bag. BUT, your Mia will soon be home! If you can hold out, wait till the Ergo lines hit, or something else strikes your fancy and get the mini-skinny or wristlet instead!

Kallison, I love the blue but the size is just too big for you. What about exchanging this for the medium and using another bag for school? I wish they did this in the Demi. I don't mind the big Cs on a smaller bag but for some reason they just don't look right on the large. Don't be sad though, your mia is on the way!

I have to agree with everyone else, I don't love that bag on you. And everyone is right, that is way too much money to spend on something you don't love. I love my black sig large Carly, it's my current bag. I have it in khaki/saddle too but haven't used it yet. You're right, the large C's are a bit much. I haven't decided if I'm keeping it yet or not. Decisions, decisions.

Honestly, the Carly bags never got me excited!
I don't like the way the side and bottom looks in those pics.
The color is nice, but for $400.00, you could get MORE COACH! LOL!:yes:

I bought the large Signature Carly in black. I actually compared the way they slouch/hang and spent like 10 min in front of the mirror. (I hope the Coach SA's didn't think I was narcissistic.) All the tan Sig Carlys look better by itself (i.e., not worn on a person), but somewhat awkward/busy on shoulder. All the black/uniform color Carlys look plain by itself but stunning when worn. Even though a lot more people like the leather Carlys, I just don't like the way the top of the bag slouch (you know, the area where the zipper looping thingy peeks out). Also interestingly though, the black sig Carly doesn't look overwhelmingly big on my 5'2" frame.

For school, I like using messenger bags and I have been using my kate spade one (columbian blue) and it can take a beating like Chicago Bears. lol

It's a gorgeous bag, but I personally think that the large one is huge!! I say play with it for another day or so and if you're still not 100% about it, return it and get something else (the blue hobo perhaps).

What is the name of the bag? I have a Coach pebbled leather Hamptons diaper bag in baby blue that I've used for school. But, I think the straps are too thin. When I put my laptop and a couple of books in it, the straps just cut into my shoulder. Ouch! I'd love to use something other than my HUGE Jansport backpack. LOL (I've been going back to school and graduate in May!!)
