Congrats! As with how well it holds, I am sure pretty well. I have the Summit Drive and Rosewood...As with all leather products, care needs to be excercise but I would say for patent leather, the vernis is quite good
I'm not sure how the purses hold up, but my Vernis zippy wallet & coinpurses are holding up pretty well with no scratches. But then again, I do use them carefully & they are always inside my purse
