I do wear wear perfume daily but I don't over spray - at least I don't think I do and I don't reapply thoughout the day. Just a few sprays every morning. I did have a colleague years ago who was allergic and so for the time that she worked with us our department was a scent free zone.
Would you ever confront someone who was disciplining their child too harshly?

I have been tempted, but I haven't because I don't know the whole situation. I do think it's better for everyone to discipline children privately.
