Would you carry a Damier Ebene LV in spring/summer?

Gorgeous!!! Wow! I think a handheld ebene bag with white, or fun colors, is really shining here for a great summer look. It really helps to balance it out. Thank you!!

Neverfull ebene in the summer seems appropriate. Although I think mono, damier azure and damier beautiful year round!

i saw a picture of a lady with skinny light jeans on with a white shirt and litttle white blazer with gold flat ballet shoes on.. and the speedy 35 in ebene and it looked classy (and rich),that picture was the reason i bought my ebene speedy 35!!

Hi all! I would appreciate some honest opinions. I am getting ready to make my very first LV purchase in the next week or so. I have had my eye on a Damier Ebene Speedy (size undecided) for about a year. My question is, with Spring and Summer right around the corner, how much use can I really get out of the bag? I usually don't carry darker colors in those month of the year but I feel like with such a timeless bag, I can get away with it. What do you think?

over where i live, i see people carrying mono/ebene "brown" bags all year long. you're right about it being timeless. it's season-less too. if you've got your heart set on this bag, you should buy it without reservations! it will look great all year round.

You could always add a colorful charm or scarf to give it a more summery feel but IMO - it can be worn any time of year.

the reason i bought my speedy in ebene was in the summer i saw a lady with a white blazer, jeans and flat white ballerina shoes and i thought it looked so nice with the white!!! it really stood out!

My two cents worth... I think damier ebene can definitely be worn in the summer, but that said, summer is a good excuse to have to buy damier azur... hehehe :giggles:

I mostly use my damier ebene during summer!
It looks stunning with the tan!
Plus its better to use your ebene canvas bags on summer than your mono or azur one's, so you wont have to worrry about the fast patina due to the sun!

I will rock my damier up until the rainy season stops... in the usa that will be around spring time... then for summer I will rock my watercolor. I miss her but enjoying my damier petite noe for right now.

So I have 3 speedies (speedy b 30, azur 30, and ebene 30) but I need another bag to carry with my speedy to carry my small laptop, my lunch, a notepad and several files. I've decided on Damier ebene neverfull mm but it is hot here most of the year. I would like to know yall's thoughts and opinions on carrying damier ebene during the spring/summer!
