Yes. If I have something that I love I try to get it in both a warm and cool color. I am very picky about my bag styles, so if I find something that I really love I will get it in multiple colors. I have multiples of several different bag styles in my collection. I do the same with shoes, clothes and earrings. Jewelry I try to buy two-tone so I don't run into that problem.

I ask because I just noticed a buyer of one of my items recently also purchased the exact same bag from another seller...same color and year, and I am wondering why anyone would do this? It is almost a 2K bag, so it is not cheap. (I only know it was same buyer because of the feedback seller left already...and I was watching the auction just to see what final price was) I am trying to figure out why anyone would want 2 of the same item at this price. Please clue me in. TIA

Because it is their all-time favorite bag and the 2nd one is for when the first one dies.

I've come close to buying a duplicate because of this; unfortunately, before I made up my mind, the 2nd bag sold (at auction).

You find something so perfect that you want that 'extra' just in case.

That's a good question. Hmmm....I have no idea! The only thing I can think of is maybe she wanted to see both bags and keep the nicer of the two and maybe sell one? Or....as crazy as it seems, I think some PF'ers are guilty of buying two of the same bag because they love it so much and if one gets ruined, they have another one as back up....although $2000 is a big $$ back up! LOL!

I bought the exact same pair of boots that I loved just to have an extra pair. I also buy duplicates of things I love to give to my mom. She loves everything that I have!
