Would you buy a bag with a loose turn lock?

If the bag has with a great low price, and has no other major flaw (no broken handle, no dry leather), a loose turnlock is no big deal IMO.
My 1969 Kelly came to me with a loose turnlock, I changed all the hardware this year after having used the bag for about 10 years (on occasions, not as everyday bag).
Price was about 600 euro if I recall well, including general TLC.
When you send a bag to Spa you get a quote for the repairs that the artisans think should be done, and decide to accept them all or just some of them.
In my experience, the artisans never suggested unnecessary repairs.
But it seems that at that price you can find better alternatives, and with better buyer protection, so unless you can see the bag in person before buying, that is something to consider.
