Would you block a bidder w/ 0 feedback who's only been on ebay 1 week?

I'm new to Ebay have 0 feedback eventhough I already paid for the stuff that I won.

We all have to start somewhere, right?

It's like people who don't get jobs because they need expirience, how are they going to get it if they can't get the job?

i have had bad luck with bidders with zero feedback, for me 95% of the time they don't pay. From now on I will cancel anyones bid with zero feedback at least for my high priced items.
