How long does it take to arrive? The SA said 5-7 days.

For me, it usually takes less than 5 days. You can track it on elux by clicking "my account", then find your order and after it has shipped, there will be a tracking number.

It should probably take around the same time for me too, as I live in CT. Elux said they ship from Memphis, TN so that sounds about right.

Don't worry they'll email you the info. If not you could try your online account it should have the shipping status for your order. Should be pretty quick I live further north and my items come within 3 business days after the order. Especially quick on during the week.
