Was there last weekend. I wasn't too impressed. It's a 2 hr trip so I focused on those stores that aren't in my local outlet like Gucci, Prada, Burberry and Tory Burch. We all know that if you're looking for a very popular style, the won't have it there. No Sukey, no Saffiano, no navy revas in my size. There was an unnecessary line outside Burberry and nothing left at the Ugg store. I bought a pair of Bailey uggs for D but returned them when I realized they were an outlet exclusive. Went and bought the real baileys at Bloomies for only $10 more.

For purses and accessories, it's not the best. I find that most of their items are out-dated, and the Coach store is constantly swamped with women who are picking up bags like they're free.
Their clothing isn't bad, especially if you're looking for classic, timeless piees.

All in all, it's a fun day trip but nothing really drool-worthy in terms of sales and what they offer.

I think WC is probably one of the best designer outlet centers in the US, no other outlet has such premium designer labels at discount, you just got to choose he right days to go shopping, often the hottest items and best deal and sold out immediately, so its first come first serve for the good stuff.

It's ok. I personally don't think it's worth the trip. Sample sales in the city are generally better, but of course not as convenient I suppose.

Think last time I went (years ago) I bought something from Le Creuset and a carry on luggage from Longchamp

The last time I went to WC was 3 years ago in the fall, that time I didn't really find anything good because when I got there it was 6:30 in the evening already. I'm hoping to go w/my gf over the easter long weekend. It's going to be a war zone in there, but I hopefully it wouldn't kill the trip if I go with an open mind.

Go early on a week day. Weekends are like a zoo and not everyone is civilized. Some guy spat on our car one time, talk about crass. Parking is also a major headache on weekends.
Park somewhere in the middle if you can find a spot, it's a major hassle to walk the length of the outlet to get to your car when you are tired and juggling bags.

There is a small seating area behind Cinnabon at the Food Pavilion and it's a bit more sedate and bright there.

The sales people are hit or miss, will greet some customers but not others deliberately, so that is a turn off. Prada good, well stocked and busy. I was followed around by security at Cole Haan dunno why. Down to earth staff at Kipling store and the cosmetics store (can't remember the name but they have overstocks). Maybe just me but I noticehard to find stuff that isn't already somewhat over-handled or overstocks when I go, so it's just a day of walking around mostly. I think the outlet is probably good for the really premium like Prada, Dior, Gucci, Valentino and Versace.

I'd sooner go to The Westchester Mall in White Plains these days and forgo the outlet experience. This is the luxury end of bags and watches mall (Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Tourneau etc) and I enjoy most of the experience.
