NOOOOO DONT TAKE THAT BUS!!!!

NJ TRANSIT GOES THERE for 16 BUCKS ROUND TRIP!!!

Hehe I went with my mom.. its an hour on the train and u have to take a 3 dollar cab but its way cheaper than that 35 dollar bus

i love woodbury commons. a lot of the stores don't have good prices (tory burch for example has the revas for 165 instead of 195.) but sometimes you get great deals. i got a tory burch cashmere travel set for 95 from i think 350. the juicy and dvf outlets are really no great shakes for deals. i also agree that barney's is mostly coop stuff and not that great but i know a few weeks ago they had cl boots and shoes and manolos for very cheap prices. def under 200 dollars. the boots showed up on ebay like a day later. lol.

i find the best sales at saks off fifth or neiman's last call but you have to dig and most of the time i can't be bothered. too much work.

oh and i think the betsey johnson outlet has good deals as does my favorite store- AG jeans. last time i was there i got 3 pairs of jeans and 1 pair of pants for about 220 i think. everything was an additional 20% off. so happy!

and i think the jimmy choo store has good prices. i know there's a pair of shoes i'm waiting for (long story) that are an awesome deal!

i'm thinking about going this weekend but it would def be the bus for me as i'm coming from manhattan and no car :(

I'm going in two weeks time, well two weeks exact I will be going to Woodbury Common - day before my 20th birthday :yahoo:

Thanks for the advice girlies - wheres best to eat there??

OMG!! Me too! I fly out on the 28th for a week

There's an Au Bon Pain that's good. There's no fancy food places, just a food court type place in it's own building

How much is a taxi from JFK or LGA to outlet?

It's too far to take a cab -- especially from JFK! -- and is prohibitively expensive. If you're coming in from either airport you should take the New York Airport Service Bus to Port Authority Bus Station ($21 round trip from LGA, $27 round trip from JFK), then take the Short Line bus from the third floor of the bus station to Woodbury Common (tell them you want the fare without the coupon book, it's $7 cheaper than the regular $39 round trip fare) - you can go to the Woodbury Common web site and sign up for free to be a member of the VIP club, allowing you to print out a free voucher on your printer for the coupon book to bring with you).

I live about 10 minute from there and go at least 1 a week. Forget Juicy, Ugg, Kate Spade. Hit COACH. On the weekends there is a line to get into the store. They only let a certain # of people in at a time. Deals are plentiful. Wallets for $25, Purses for $80-$100. Also hit Nothface. Yesterday they had some jackets for around $40. Kenneth Cole is good and Brighton is good too. Olily is now gone. They closed up a month or so ago. William Sonoma Outlet is always great. Lots of deals to be had. If you can, go during the week. The weekend traffic and crowds are beyond terrible.

as far as eating...

If you have a car, there are some good restaurants right out of the complex.

Cosimos is 1/4 mile down on the right. Really nice Italian food (make a reservation). There is also Gasho. That is a hibachi restaurant. If you turn left out of the complex, there is a Fridays, a Chilies, Pizza UNO.
