I use to work at La Perla in Orlando, FL and the Woodbury Commons Outlet always had higher numbers at the end of the month. They have a great traffic flow and amazing sizes for all bra's and under wears. I would recommend going there. :smile1:

I'm going on Saturday - ill report back next week!

I went to Woodbury on 5/14 and had great luck!
Prada is overflowing with inventory - tons of RTW and I believe it is all 30% off. Lots of Brocade and silk shirts.
Gucci has lots of scarves and black nylon bags. Also lots of small leather goods (wallets/card cases)
Off 5th - is OFF THE HOOK! TONS of inventory and the new layout is A-Mazing! Everything is organized by designer. 25% off everything when I was there. I also got an email for 30% off one item this morning (too late!). Several pairs of Choos in size 40. Lots of Sergio Rossi shoes. Tons of VINCE and Rag&Bone clothes. Theory suiting. Lots of Free People summer stuff.
Theory - Lots of current season dresses. Gabe B Blazers in Black and Slate w/ matching skirts/pants. Lots of Suiting inventory. I didn't see too many 2's but lots of zeros and 4's!
Jcrew - I didn't find too much... but tons of shorts and tshirts. Everything seemed to have an extra % off! Skinny Belts were 40% off!
BCBG - Run don't walk if you are looking for cocktail dresses. tons of stock and lots of great BRIGHT summer colors.
BR - Didn't find anything great here

Ok, that's all I can think of right now. I ended up with:
Black Theory Dresses $180
Pinstripe Theory Dress $150 (down from $295)
Gabe B Slate Theory Blazer $99 (down from $375!)
Jcrew Skinny Belts $15 each
Gucci Summer Scarf $109
Gucci Card Case $79
rag and bone blouse $125

great detailed review, thanks! i'm going to go tomorrow so will try to add to this review. :)

ok, back from woodbury. how sad that I was only able to go to 3 stores: off 5th, ysl and theory. i spent over 2 hours in off 5th...that's how great the stuff at the new renovated store was. they had promotional events going on, e.g. free pinkberry, vitamin water and balloons for the kids. they even had coupons that were being given away to everyone entering the store. one of the coupons was add'l 40% off of lowest price for premier designers. shoes coupon was add'l 25% off of 1 pair, and 30% off of 1 bag, etc.

their section on rag and bone was huge. their denim wall was full of great jeans and designers. i didn't really spend too much time in their shoe or handbag dept, but i really didn't see any CL or premier designer shoes or bags. they had some great accessories like hats for the summer. and their childrens section had some really cute clothes! so i lucked out and ended up with this sa that allowed me to do 3 diff transactions and use the 40% separately, and then use another coupon for 30% off another item...and she also took 25% the kid's stuff I bought. there so many other things i wanted there, but i was happy with my lot. and to think, i didnt even want to go, but dh wanted to check out some men's stuff, and i was just going to window shop.

theory had some great stuff, but not really steep discounts. btw, the closed chanel space will become the new theory space. i'm looking forward to that b/c the chanel space is much bigger than the current space.

ysl had AMAZZZING selection of bags, downtowns in the most gorgeous patent colors, and muses and omg, the list just goes on. they had 2 huge walls of bags, plus another batch sitting on display near the front window of the store. they also had lots of shoes, but i didnt see any add'l % off so i left pretty quickly.

went yesterday, and the only thing i scored was a coach bag. the line to get into the coach outlet gets crazy long though, and once inside, it's even more madness. they do have good prices though.

prada had a huge selection of bags and clothes, but i could find better deals elsewhere. fendi, gucci, etc didn't have anything that caught my eye (i almost only look for bags though). ysl had a lot of bags, but again the prices can be beat elsewhere.

longchamp didn't have le pliage totes with long handles- only short handles.

off fifth and last call didn't have anything i wanted, but off fifth had some good deals on jewelry (extra 40% off and there was a lot of david yurman, damiani, roberto coin, etc).

I found a few treasures at Woodbury over the years..
$440 for a Gucci bag (MSRP: nearly $800)
$300 for a Burberry dark pewter quilt jacket ($MSRP $495)
$20 for Brooks Brothers button downs
$11 for Brooks Brothers leather skinny belt
$700 for a Tods tote (MSRP $ 1100+)

I think that some of the department stores have better sales/prices than what one might find at Woodbury. From what I've heard, Woodbury used to have much better deals in the past.

I just got a yellow ombre boucle skirt suit at prada for 250$. I often get lucky there. a few months back I got a $2600 Loro piana jacket for 465 and a $3100 brunello cucinelli coat for 500.

I haven't been in over a year, but in the past I have gotten some great deals! A pair of Mukluk boots ($70) and orange/black "snakeskin" Manolo heels ($75) at Neiman Marcus, neon pink CC stud earrings at Chanel for something crazy like $50, James Perse tees at Saks for $11 each, and I found a Blackberry case at Gucci for $29.

I would advise any first-timers to steer clear of going on Black Friday - I'm from Long Island, and a few of my friends and I made the drive up one year. We got there at like 5 a.m. (there was already a mob) and waited on line to get INTO stores all day long. It took a good hour and a half just to get out of the parking lot.

I have also found that I tend to do better when I go by myself, or split from whoever I'm with, especially for stores like Neiman's, Saks, or any store where I'm willing to dig through all the racks and try a lot of stuff on.

As others have mentioned, the ultimate thing to do is to go with an open mind. It's definitely hit or miss, but I have never come home empty-handed, and even if I don't find a MAJOR bargian, it's always a lot of fun to go through all the stores since you never know what you might find.

Good luck shopping!

I'm planning a trip up to Woodbury the week of the 22nd (im off from work and learned my lesson about going there on the weekends) lol.....anyone stop at the Lululemon store recently? how is the selection? Do they have alot of the smaller sizes -- 2s and 4s?

Thanks in advance!

Recently got a Kate Moss for Longchamp wallet, purple Longchamp makeup case, and a red Furla hobo. Spent under $500 total. Saw a black Uptown Astor at Michael Kors. I rarely do well at Woodbury, but every once in a while they have some good stuff. I don't love going there because of the tourist shopping frenzy. I've actually been pushed out of the way before.

I just got this bag on Saturday. Retails for $2150, bought it for $895. The store has a larger selection (recently renovated). It's definitely worth the trip.
