I’ve had encounters with a couple of LV staff whose customer service skills could be doing with a bit of refreshing! I love the brand, but I don’t always find their service to be the best. It is what it is!

I am a lady and I own that City Keepall. I think it’s a nice bag to go with an athleisure look. I own a few other men’s pieces too. Highly recommend the monogram messenger bag, it’s a better price point for LV and a super unisex bag. Very classic. I also like the men’s pochette voyages, they are great summer time errand “purses.”
I got the Avenue Sling in Damier Graphite bc I wanted a sling bag vs back pack and this is the only print it was offered in...I love it!! My go to bag for any of my kids sporting events or whenever I need a back pack style bag..I like that the print is a little different..
I credit + blame this specific thread for how I came to own this City Keepall. So, thanks and...thanks a lot, because I did not need another temptation.
I don't have a Speedy and figured I might one day get one, but the size of the opening has been one of the reasons I've hesitated. I appreciate that this style has the zipper opening that goes a bit deeper into the sides. I also simply love the Monogram Eclipse color and look.
I added my silver lock from my BFF Padlock Bag Charm set to round it all out.

Not at all. I think anyone should buy whatever they like. A sales associate — actually, a manager — at LV once told me that the zippy compact was a “woman’s wallet”, when I asked to see it.Interesting approach to sales. It could be “a woman’s wallet” if she has bought it, but it’s about to be my wallet. How about you just get me it and ring it up for me?! I agree with DrTr that they should just stop labelling things. People surely don’t need to be told what is and what is not suitable for them.
Same thing happened to me when I purchased the “men’s” coin card holder. The CA informed me that was a men’s item...I replied as nicely as I could (not my forte) that I knew it was but I wanted it & I was gonna rock it! Needless to say, I have two so far and I’m totally about us all carrying whatever we want!!!!!
