@viewwing I love it! I would really appreciate it if you could make a mod shot of this beauty. I have the xs in the sunset and I want to add the eclipse print and am leaning towards the city keepall size this time but want to make sure it won't look too big on me.

Happy to hear it survived the rain.
I don’t have a mod shot yet. I’ll post one when I do. But to give u an idea of the size, it’s shorter than the speedy 25 but slightly longer. But overall bigger than the speedy 20. So it’s kinda in between the 20 n the 25.

I’ve been carrying LV men’s bags for over 20 years. My most used LV bag was the men’s Beaubourg, as they used to be the most practical bags, held laptops, with top zips and super strong. It’s in the last 10-15 years that the women’s bags have paid the same attention to practicality and functionality as men’s bags, IMHO. Wear what works for you.

I saw that bag in store and it's very lovely both size and print. If you like it, get it . Im considering the trunk messenger myself haha (thats just because I have too many speedy already)

All my recent purchases have been from the men’s line. Two watercolour XS bags, (ink and blue), watercolour, mirror and cloud pocket organisers, taigarama coin cardholders and bag charms. I just prefer the creative designs of the men’s line more than the women’s new releases of late. I’m also planning to preorder a keepall XS, pocket organiser and belt, from the men’s SS22 illusion taurillon collection next month.

I've always shopped and collected both men's and women's over the years and like to rock them in my own way. And I agree with what's been said in here, lose the labels and just buy whatever suits your vibe. One of my most used and recent 'mens' bags that I like to match to my nails when I can. And again RIP Virgil.

I credit + blame this specific thread for how I came to own this City Keepall. So, thanks and...thanks a lot, because I did not need another temptation.

I don't have a Speedy and figured I might one day get one, but the size of the opening has been one of the reasons I've hesitated. I appreciate that this style has the zipper opening that goes a bit deeper into the sides. I also simply love the Monogram Eclipse color and look.

I added my silver lock from my BFF Padlock Bag Charm set to round it all out.

Not at all. I think anyone should buy whatever they like. A sales associate — actually, a manager — at LV once told me that the zippy compact was a “woman’s wallet”, when I asked to see it. :oh: Interesting approach to sales. It could be “a woman’s wallet” if she has bought it, but it’s about to be my wallet. How about you just get me it and ring it up for me?! I agree with DrTr that they should just stop labelling things. People surely don’t need to be told what is and what is not suitable for them.
I would not have bought from that SA!
