After trying for about a half an hour, I was finally able to get a regular cammello/royal bucket into my cart ( I originally wanted a mini, but it sold out). While I was checking out and inputting my information, I was then kicked off the page and it showed there was no more inventory. I have heard multiple stories of this happening to others on Insta. It is frustrating because there was allegedly supposed to be a 5 minute checkout period, which turned out not to be true. This is actually the second time this has happened to me. This happened during the last launch as well. This time MG did not acknowledge that their website was glitchy and did not honor the 5 minute check-out reserve. I think that is poor service and I think I am done with this brand. They can't get their act together. I know they are a small business,but I have honestly seen small indie nail polish companies handle their restocks with better customer service and poise. To all that were successful in getting a bag, I really think it was just luck or you were going for an item that was less popular. Yes, the bags showed available for quite some time, but actually getting to the checkout process was the feat. Most of the time you would add the bag to the cart and proceed to checkout, only to get an inventory issue error message. Whoever developed their website needs to be fired.
