Okay, so I emailed them to change my UK shipping address to my aunt's in the US. Got a reply saying they can't change it and asked me to reach out to FedEx (when they are actually using DHL??) myself when I get a tracking number. And conveniently ignoring the fact that I should be getting a postage refund of $90??

I'm so annoyed because I can't call DHL in the UK now as it is 11.50pm. So many more hours before I can reach out to them and who knows if by then my parcel will be on the plane by then. Ugh. ):

Am thinking that is going to be the case too.. I've never bought anything online where the customer service adviser asked me to get in touch with the courier myself for change of shipping address. They really need to sort their CS and logistics out.

It depends on the courier. I've had to call the courier a few times because I put in a wrong address. There have been a few times where I needed the shipper to call the courier to change it due to the restrictions the shipper put on the package.

It's also accounting... Depending on what agreement the shipper has with the courier, once the package is in the hands of the courier, the shipper's responsibility is done. Any fees paid are just that, the shipper doesn't get a refund on postage just because the rerouted address is closer.
 
Received my shipping notice as well, I was 86XX. I fell lucky because I had to stop and transfer funds in the process (damn hockey fees) So happy to receive the notice since I realized we are leaving Wed. not Thurs for my son's tourn. I spent the extra $ for overnight shipping so now I need to plan my vacation wardrobe around the flamma ;) I think it will pair nicely with his team's colors of black, silver and blue.
 
i ordered 2 bags (my husband got one and i got one)... my order was confirmed at 11:01 (mini mini in black/black), order # in 7200's and his was confirmed 11:04 (canvas mini mini in black/black), order # in 7700's. his order has shipped but mine is still stated as "unfulfilled"... argh!

p.s. 500+ orders within 3 minutes :amazed:

I want to know the number of the first order. I guess it wouldn't have been #0001?

Success!!!! Got a Carmelo bucket, so excited to get it after all the issues last time...

I hear you! I was late to the last relaunch due to the unspecified time... but I made sure to be prompt this time around. I'm still kind of in awe that I was even able to snag one of these bags. I will also say that I noticed the Cammello buckets and totes sold out super fast! Most color options had slashes through them by 11:03. Congrats on scoring one of them! I'm eyeing that color for a future purchase 😉
 
Pre-ordered a large Camello/Rosa tote via Bloomingdales in March; just got the 'order shipped' message this morning. MG's website was definitely acting up when I logged in on the 14th. I'll probably get a large bucket in August, but will stick with pre-orders.
