It's also accounting... Depending on what agreement the shipper has with the courier, once the package is in the hands of the courier, the shipper's responsibility is done. Any fees paid are just that, the shipper doesn't get a refund on postage just because the rerouted address is closer.

IMO DHL are usually good but when they stuff up they ROYALLY stuff up. I have had years of perfect service from them then over the last 2 months its been the absolute worst. One time it took 4 days to deliver my package because the driver first listed it as unknown address (I've had DHL delivering here for years with no issues) the next day he had it on board then didnt bother to deliver it just took it back to depot, third day he carded me even though I left Authority to leave and 4th day it never made it on board..... I think you've made the right choice since you'll be paying delivery now either way and with the experiences I have I'd be worried about changing anything with them as they have become so unreliable!!

Got shipping notification for my mini black/blu .. order#90**.. quite close to not getting a bucket since got "kicked" out of reservation for brandy/blu but it was close! Prob will keep a look out for brandy tote ;)

Oh dear, that sounds terrible! Hope it wasn't anything too important you were waiting for. Must have been so frustrating and a waste of your time. Fingers crossed all the ladies who got their MG this relaunch don't have any issues with delivery!

I'm so jealous! I have to wait till Wednesday for mine. Got the Calf Coated Rosa/Rosa. I'm still hung up on the tanned leather bags. I think I might have to chase one down. The real problem for me is, I live in Florida and I want an everyday bag. Since it rains every day and I usually catch a few drops of it most days, I'm worried about it getting on the bag. I can protect my bags but I also have to be practical.

Why did you get two bags? And, yes, I mean why and not how. They limited them to ONE per customer as stated in their updated policy. Some members on here weren't able to get anything, despite being super prompt to the sale and perpetually refreshing.

I am very happy that I was able to get ONE bag. I wouldn't have even thought to try for a second....

Although I didn't buy 2 bags I was able somehow to put 2 bags in my cart! I thought it meant you could buy only one of each item :shrugs:

p.s. 500+ orders within 3 minutes :amazed:
