I agree 100%! This is what happened to me, and I tried a million times! :(

1 hr and 10 mins. and tried til the very end for the mini veg tans, brandy raw and blu left for the last good half hour.
I managed to sign in to my account on my ipad, when my pc login was not working (for whatever reason). It was helpful to have my shipping details entered already.

The 5 min hold doesn't work. I had finally got to the "checkout" page, entered my cc details, only to have an 'inventory issue' when confirming my details. This happened to me twice.

I've had worse experiences with another online retailer who confirmed my payment, only to email me hours later to say that my order was cancelled, also due to inventory.

Congratulations to those who were successful, lucky ladies!!

I was able to get my tote by doing the following:

1. Bookmarked the exact model and color combo ahead of time.

2. Created a MG account and entered my default address ahead of time.

3. I refreshed occasionally starting 20 minutes prior, then 30 seconds prior. Added bag to cart once I saw the page come up, then jumped to checkout.

4. Logged into my account, plugged in my CC info, and hit checkout.

For whoever was unsuccessful, there will be more! Keep checking our intel, and you will get one. I have not had all that much difficultly amassing my collection and I have not yet once bought from the website.

For all that were successful, congratulations. Cannot wait to see your finds.

I didn't create an MG account ahead of time so I had to type in all my info, but paypal did save me some time. I also noticed that some mini brandy buckets were still in stock at 11:15am. I can't believe some were already out of stock at 11:00. I had hoped they would have created more stock since the last sale.

I did the exact same thing and was able to get my bucket bag with confirmation at 11:02! I know a lot of people were frustrated with the relaunch. For those of you waiting for the August relaunch try tearex's tip from above, it makes a smooth transaction.
