(although I think international shipping is ridiculous. 100usd for a 395usd bag?!)I was trying for this one, had it bookmarked and clicked it right when the site went live (was checking furiously the ten minutes before 11 just in case!). It wasn't sold out and I could put it in my cart but when I got to the last screen before check out it said it was already sold out! I checked for other sizes and of course, sold out.
I tried a ton of combos (reallyyyy wanted a mini mini but was going to settle for another size, even though I already have regular and mini-YES I HAVE PROBLEM but I'm admitting it so that makes it ok right?!:shameand actually ended up with one I really wanted the last re-stock but had forgotten about since then, I got a mini mini black/oro!!! I realized it's the perfect color combo for that size for me since I plan to use it for going out at night...though I'm sure I'll find any excuse to carry it!
I will post pics on the mod shot thread when it arrives and will also post pics with all three sizes of buckets since I know size comparison is hard to do when they don't model them on the MG site!

First time I noticed how beautiful the brandy/cleo is! Did you manage to get anything?
I've been searching for just the right red bag for so long and I think this may be it. I'm glad I decided at the last minute to get the large calf bucket and not the mini tumbled leather. I splurged for overnight shipping so I can get it before we leave for CA next week. I can't wait to see everyone's bags as they arrive. It's like Christmas.

I was actually going to come on here to say that I thought this launch was wayy better than the previous and they seemed to have a lot of inventory so I was quite surprised to read the comments.
I live in Singapore and started refreshing 3 minutes before, but I only got in at 11 (pm for me) sharp and managed to add my black / flamma bucket and had a few minutes to think before I checked out. all the other bags, including the mini black / flamma bucket and the cammello / rosa (both mini and regular) were in stock for quite a while (about half an hour) before they sold out! the only one that sold out instantly when I logged on was the combinations with Argento!
I was even pretty shocked that they had so much left in stock (expected it to be a tough fight to the finish).. and I even wondered whether the demand was for the "funkier" colours since i am pretty late to the MG game and most would have already secured the "classics"

^^^They said available and you could put them in your cart but then they disappeared! I tried like 30 times with 3 different colors. And this was right at 11. I was refreshing since 10. I was so happy the first time I put the bag I wanted in my cart and getting that message saying it'd be reserved. Then I clicked right away "proceed to checkout" and got the "inventory issues, your bag is sold out and has been removed from your cart." That's why Im so upset...

pardon my ignorance (first time purchasing from MG, I had enough with NAP). hope everyone has better luck in August. I think Paypal is the way to go though!! really smooth and quick. but I had no choice since I am an international customer.
btw does anyone know how taxes are collected? do they collect from you when they deliver? I am afraid my helper receiving the bag at home will not have the cash at hand.
I just wanted a mini backpack canvas black/flamma and I was able to get it quite easily, even thought I waited a few minutes. I guess this is not a very popular bag. Then I went back for the small tote canvas blu/creme, which I could have gotten but changed my mind. I was lucky that I was interested in the less popular bags.
I did! I got the mini brandy/avion! It took me a while to enter my credit card info even though I set up an account beforehand but luckily I already got my invoice from MG!
I paid using paypal as that was the option recommended by MS when they announced about the relaunch about two weeks ago. And even though I had to key in all the names and address fields manually, I was lucky enough to still cart it out.
Refreshed the page thereafter to see the bags still in stock so I thought the launch this time is not as crazy, only to realised it is still AS INSANE AS EVER.
It's my third time trying to cart out and FINALLY a success.
