Jessica....Vanessa's shorts look kind of ratty. If her shorts were more sleek, no stains/tears, she'd look great. I don't really like Jessica's plaid shirt too much (I wouldn't wear it) but she looks pulled together and can pull it off.

I'm voting for Jessica. It's her signature look, that "western" style, and she knows how to pull it off. Vanessa's got a spectacular body, but she's looking bummy to Jessica's cowgirl. I'm not a fan of the too-small shirt, and her outfit is something I'm more likely to see on Average Jane than Jessica's.
