Love that melon colored tote! I went through a Kipling phase and really wanted one in red but never found the right one….

The quality of Kipling is AMAZING. My first Kipling was a backbag for school in the middle of the 1990's. The bag has been washed several times and it still looks as good as it used to when it was new.

I have loved Kipling bags ever since I saw a friend carry one in school. I bought a crossbody bag for myself and I loved how awesome it is and that made me buy for another. I love Kipling! :)

I own 3 Kipling crossbody bag as of today. I super love them. They're lightweight and waterproof. My mom even bought a Kipling travel bag because of those reasons. Will definitely buy another one.

I have two. One was caught in the rain and all my stuff inside got wet.
I should have known better, the shop assistant had told me the canvas was not waterproof.
That being said, the quality is great!

The brand was named after Rudyard Kipling (author of The Jungle Book), so the designers came up with the monkey to refer to that. Every bag, wallet or other item has a monkey attached. They have a full leather line too and the last couple of seasons they design more bags with classy prints and clean lines.

The gorillas all have names that were borrowed from workers at Kipling. :smile1:

I still have a backpack from ca 1998, just dug it out of the basement and am going to use it again! I just need to throw it in the washing machine first. I love the vivid colors, and that they really don't fade over the years. Mine is a bright turquoise and it's lost none of its charm!
