Both are gorgeous, but the 2nd one is easier to wear. Depending on what you are looking for. For me, I would get the 2nd one first.

I would get the boots--they are gorgeous! (Unless of course you don't wear heels often, then get the flats.)

I am also a size 5 so I know how impossible it is to find shoes!! If you don't have boots like those, then get both - love the ballet flats for sure; just make sure they actually fit and don't slip off when you walk in them....sometimes 5's are big and don't fit properly with ballet flats!
