I’m out celebrating hubby’s birthday at the four winds casino in new Buffalo, Michigan. This small Florentine zip pod backpack in the color fern is just perfect for our outing today. Super cute and holds everything I need with room to spare… uh um @lavenderjunkie I have no idea how this Bigfoot giant cookie got in there… LOL *it’s in a cellophane bag*

Careful with the Florentine leather and cookie crumbs and chocolate bits.
Looks yummy, but don't feed the handbag. 😮

Once I got enough of that antibiotic in my system the pain was gone. I’ve been pain free since Saturday. I’m very relieved, now to secure that appointment for the root canal since the infection is gone. I took yesterday and today off for hubby’s birthday. He was really happy with his birthday Dopp kit and in awe with half of the grand jackpot. I’m still in awe… I’ll be seeing to that cookie now, must not feed the handbag

I don't know what to reply to first, so many great things in your post! I'll start with wishing your hubs a Happy Birthday! Next, I love your bag and it's contents, (especially the cookie. I've been sitting here for 20 minutes trying to convince myself to run down the street to get something sweet. :lol:) And, WOW! Congrats on winning! I have never won anything like that in all my years of going to Vegas or Indiana (I won $250 there once). In fact, if you added up all my winnings since I started going to Vegas in 1989 it wouldn't be as much as you won today! You are a lucky lady! :ghi5:

Years ago, when I visited Las Vegas, I set an entertainment limit....
if I only lost that amount of money (and it wasn't much), or I broke even...
I considered myself a winner. What ever money I'd spent was entertainment.
To walk away with extra cash, and lots of it.... that's a really big win.
Congratulations. Don't mend it all on cookies or handbags.

Thank you. It was MY day at the casino. I was on 🔥 fire! Every machine I touched I hit on. I went with $240 and left with damn near $10,000, minus hubby’s birthday half of that grand jackpot. We were getting ready to leave and I had about $2000 in my back pocket. In the bathroom I’m thanking the LORD out loud over and over for all the winnings I had in my pocket. I told hubby I wanted to play the kraken, and lo and behold it appeared on our way out. There were 3 machines there. I hit on 2 of the 3 and went to cash the tickets in so we could leave. Hubby was playing on the machine I just got off of and I sat at the machine he was on at first. He said to me that machine isn’t doing anything. I say I’m just gonna put in 20, not expecting anything. $5 bet second spin got the bonus and the grand dropped.

This was the most I’ve ever won. We usually go to the casino for my birthday in September and his in March. He won big on my birthday and I won big on his. We will be in Vegas for my birthday this year…
Goes to show, you don’t always have to bet big to win big

Thanks. I know the ladies in the bathroom were like what’s going on up in here? Why is she thanking the LORD like that? It was a good time and I was able to take care of EVERYTHING I needed to before I retire. May 9, 2024 will be my LAST day working at the penitentiary.
I also treated myself and found once in a lifetime deals.
HE IS RISEN!!!
