Which do you like better, Damier pattern or the original LV Monogram?

i prefer mono especially for speedies because imo it is classier and looks more classic than damier. I did see a pic of you with your damier in the LV in Actioin thread, and I think the damier suits you lots. The damier print is kinda growing on me. Another good thing about damier is it is low maintenance and you can wear it in all weather types.

I'm not a huge damier fan. Only in certain bags. Overall I prefer mono.

yeah if you're planning to resell, you should stick with the damier. it is WAY more popular on ebay. but if you were to keep it, I'd say it depends on the weather where you live. If it's often damp/humid, I say go with damier so you don't have to worry about the new valchetta. but if its quite dry, then go with mono because its soooo classic and will match everything!

I like both so I really couldn't decide. I think if I had to get one, I would get the damier because I wouldn't have to worry about the vachetta handles, etc.

if i had to choose i would pick Damier because it is less common and more subtle than the monogram - although I love loads of monogram items too

i like both pretty equally. i probably like the mono a little more, but i LOVE the red interior of the damier!!

I prefer the 'look' of monogram more, but I prefer using Damier as the handles can take more of a beating and it's not quite as obvious.
