Which burgundy do you like better?

I love the patent burgundy. It is so classy and elegant. I would get that one for sure.

Just got my patent jumbo and it holds a lot - large (5x7) moleskine diary, long LV wallet, checkbook, Balenciaga coin purse (small pochette), cosmetic case and another small case for keys and pen. This just about fills the bag but it doesn't look stuffed
I can fit the same amount into my 08 reissue, but not into my 05 reissue (227 size)

I love the patent. Somehow it has more bling but in a nice way.... I am also not so crazy about the Reissue closure. I like my CC's to stand out!!

I wanna be 1st in line for the reissue!! There's just something about the distressed leather that I love. After perusing all the comments, it's simply a matter of personal taste which folks prefer. However, in this case it's a matter of size as well. Both offerings are beautiful. I'll add my thumb down on the new hardware, but it's a trade off for size and sometimes color. Until Chanel returns to the flatter hardware, if ever, we are stuck. I don't envy your decision just your reissue

hmm... I guess it depends on your taste. Personally, I love the distressed look in the reissue - this burgundy has a lot of depth in its colour which I love!

i agree - there's that elusive depth in the reissue's color! if you're for a louder look, then go for the patent.
