Where's Your Bag in the car/when you're driving?

If I am driving -next to me on the passengers seat, if I am not driving I hold it.

This is exactly what I do, too.
Never on the floor (in my car or anywhere else).

Like everyone else, I usually ride alone, so I normally put my bag in the passenger seat. However, if someone is riding with me, I will put my bag on the floor behind the passenger seat. I hardly EVER have more than one person riding with me, so I know that area is super clean, the bag tends to move around less than on the actual seat, and it's easier to reach behind the passenger seat than the driver's seat. Also, I think putting it on the back floor hides the bag a little more, so it's probably safer as well (I hope!).

I have a mini and 3 kids so i tend to put my bag in the boot!

I always put my on the empty front seat if I am alone. If someone is in the front seat, I put it on top of the emergency brake after I push it down. If the bag is too big for that space, I just make the person in the front seat either hold my bag or sit next to it. I don't have kids, so usually it's just my DH in the other seat and he doesn't mind!

Translated into American: I have a compact and 3 kids so I put my bag in the trunk. LOL, At first I thought "mini" was referring to the size of your bag! That would have been a very funny sentence had I not I remembered that "boot" means trunk.

I always put mine in the front passenger seat if empty. If not empty i.e. I have company she goes on the console, in between the seats. There's just no changing the cd if I have passengers!

I usually but it beside me on the passenger seat. Sometimes in the backseat when someones with me. I would never put my bag on the car's floor though. I baby my bags a lot!

Most of the time, shotgun. If someone is with me then behind my seat but towards the middle so I can reach back and get it if I need to.

I usually place my bag on the passengers seat, but if someone's with me then I'll place on the backseat. I never let my bags touch the floor

When I drive alone, my purse is on the passenger seat, but if DH is the passenger, I make him hold it or have it be next to him on the seat

WHAT A GREAT QUESTION!!! I have this issue when my fiance drives. Normally the bag goes in her lap when I am driving. However, whenever she is driving the bag goes in between us on the center console. At times it bothers me but that really is the best place!
