can't they just as easily smash the backseat window??

i put it on the passenger seat but when i have company it goes on the (eeek) floor! And i always hate it so i really have to try out the hip/door thing, or the cubes. thanks for all the great ideas ladies!

My bag goes in the passenger seat when I'm driving. If I am driving passengers, I put it on the backseat but within reach. Only if it's a tote or a bag I don't really care about will I put it on the floor...

My car is usually pretty clean but in the winter or during rainier seasons, I don't like putting my bag on the floor where the rain, slush, salt, and other stuff has been.

If I'm a passenger, my bag goes in my lap or next to me on the seat.

this is all interestign. when i'm driving alone, i usually put my bag on the passenger seat. if it a big bag and u can see it from the outseide , i put in the floor fo the passenger seat. although, when i have company , i put it on the back seat directly behind me. when i;m the passenger , it always stays on my lap. My husband makes fun of me for having the purse on my lap, he says i look like an old lady.. lol. he doesn't understand the whole bag thing .. !

in the passenger seat, or like someone else said between my hip and the door. Sometimes I will sit it in the back but not often cause if my cell rings or I need to grab something I can't get to it.

All you ladies who said you place it between hip and door...? Well, I tried that this morning, and it is a big lump, bothering me. How is it that you do it, and I can't. I'm not THAT chubby!

it CAN be irritating, if it's a big bag. A lot of the time tho, I'm not going far and just deal with it :)

the only bag that gives me an issue is the lockit H, Just because its a big bag. But i still put it there :) I guess you just get used to it.

Driving alone it's in the passenger seat, with a passenger(s) they get it or I hang it on the stick shift, I can do the hip thing if it's a slender bag only otherwise it's too weird!

If I'm driving alone, my purse sits in the passenger seat. If I'm driving with Hubby, or a close friend, it goes in their lap....they're all sports about it. If I'm driving with people not so close as to hold my purse I just keep it in my lap.

Too afraid to do the between me and the door thing...what happens if the door randomly just opens as you're driving....eek!

Good point baby steffy, about the door accidentally opening, and your handbag falling out!!! I guess I'll keep it on the floor next to my left foot. It is out of sight of everyone and within easy reach. I live in the tropics, so, no snow or slush on my shoes to dirty my car. I don't mind putting it on the floor. Thanks ladies for all your sharing!

Don't you have any space between the front seats to put your bag in it?
There should be a product for that, I wonder...
