Where's the Quality Control????

Sooooooo aggravated!!!! After painful hours of debate and ordering my Madison Patent Pouch in Plum, it comes to me today with a defect in the patent!!! It's about the size of a large thumbprint, right smack in the middle of the darn thing. It looks like ripples and actually feels rough!!!! I'm going to have to take a long trek to the Mall to show them and get an exchange........

That has happened to me on several occasions, so now I always order two bags and return the worse off one!

I don't understand why that happens with coach, like they raised their prices but it seems they lowered their standards. my aunts always talked about how the old coach bags with the leather was always perfect from the get-go. LV, Chanel, Yves, I've never had a problem with quality control, but coach makes me do multiple trips too.. and thats always dangerous because then I always see something new I want!
