I was 7 years old and my dad took me to the huge guess store on Regents street, I was in awe of all the amazing bags and chose a white one which I still have to this day, my next one was a step up though, a Versace medusa tote.

My first designer bag was a Guess Bag and a Tommy Hilfiger bag and I was obsessed with everything Guess and Tommy since. Even now, my signature perfume smell is Tommy Girl (so hard to find since its been discontinued, but everyone still loves it, and my ex's get so nostalgic) I was in 6th grade in 1997.


As an adult my first luxury designer was a Fendi Spy Bag. I fell in love with a white one my aunty had summer 2006 with all its secret compartments; so ideal to hide my spliffs and blunts while traveling til this day!!


Love reading the beginning of everyone's hand bag addiction! The best guilty addiction ever to deplete my bank accounts! :cool:

To go WAAAY back.... my first designer bag was a John Romaine in the 8th Grade (1967-68). Carrying a John Romaine put you in the junior high school "big league"! My first premier designer bag was a LV Speedy and large cosmetic bag in 1986. No longer have the Speedy, but still have the cosmetic bag which is in my LV Palermo GM right now! It is the most cherished LV piece in my collection!

Mulberry Elgin in chocolate. Haven't used it for at least 5 years but can't make myself part with it - it's stitting patiently in its dustbag, waiting for me to come back from my adventures with younger models :D
