I don't do anything, sometimes I'm in shock and I might make a face, involuntarily. It's like a reflex.. lol. But I would never go up to them and disrespect them. A lot of people do not know they are carrying fakes and the backround on them. Some think theirs are real, and some think it's no big deal.. I don't think a fake bag is worth such disrespect to the individual.

As for those who act like snobs and think they are fooling everyone, well they aren't. They're only disrespecting and shaming themselves..I don't bother anyway cuz it's not worht my time!

i don't say anything, it's none of my business what other people choose to buy/wear/carry plus i can't be bothered paying that much attention to strangers, unless they're male and hot :laugh:

A co worker of my husband, who makes good money as does her fiance, goes to those purse parties and gets these bags that may say prada or coach but there is no quality to them. She has lots of these and I don't say anything but if she asked my opinion I would suggest maybe buying 1 really good quality authentic bag instead of a bunch of fakes.
My soon to be former SIL goes to a flea market and gets $10-$20 fakes. They don't even look authentic from across the room. The colors are in shades that the designers haven't done. She thinks I am nuts for buying Coaches and Dooney. Thinks they are a waste of money. Needless to say I am glad she is not in my life anymore!

If I'm with my little 15 yr old sister, she will immediately ask me "is that one fake, Charissa??." She is catching on now, like she will notice fake ones sometimes and will tell me straight up "ew Charissa, that one's SOO fake!" lol

I don't look down at anyone who carries a fake, but I frown upon where the money goes to make them.

I do HATE those women who carry around their fakes like they are a big shot or something...that is just lame, because they aren't fooling anyone and look ridiculous trying to be snobby about a $5-valued piece of trash.

i dont say anything, because..well..its not really my business. premier designer bags are expensive for the average pp, and i feel sorry if pp cant afford them, but have to resort to knock offs..its just sad.

sometimes, i do get a bit annoyed if i see this person carrying the knock off version of my REAL BAG, right next to me..haha...but still, i dont say or act any different...just keep to myself and be amused at the coincendence..hehe

I don't say anything -

1) I think it's rude when people come up to me and ask if my bags are real. I don't want to be one of those people (even if I know someone is carrying an obvious fake.)

However, I laugh a lot in my head. Usually the people who carry fakes act more snobby than people with real bags. I could never understand that... :shrugs:

I would never say anything to the actual person carrying the fake...but I will tell my bf in a high-pitched voice...FAKE! while we're walking off...

or if I'm with my mum, we give each other a LOOK :D

eee.. more and more often i see someone carrying the fake version of the bag i'm carrying... i notice them staring at mine (namely spy bags) ... not sure if they even realise mine is real... but frankly i dont care ...
i guess the only thing i care about is the fact that counterfeits support some really awful stuff... and they probably dont realise... i too would rather see someone carrying a really great nine west bag than a fake anything....
tho i do whisper to teh BF... "fake!" heeeee

I say nothing. It's not nice, although I have my own reservations about fake bags. Seeing fake LV monograms is super common so I don't even give it a second thought.

Once there was this older lady who came in to look at Coach bags and asked us why we didn't carry the style she had. Well needless to say it was a horrible fake, but she acted like it was gold. Turns out her daughter goes to NY every year or something and always comes back with a "Coach" bag for her. She went on and on for a good 10 minutes about how great her daughter was.

I really have a hard time believing that people who carry blatant fakes act snobby even though they know their bags are bad fakes. They might just be in denial...or just plain don't realise it.

I really don't do anything. My best friend has real, and fake Coach bags, and when we went to a club a few weeks ago, she had a new fake that she got for Christmas and forgot that she had it. She asked me what I thought, and I just smiled and said "Its cute". I guess she was carrying it that night so her real ones wouldn't be ruined, but inside I was like "omg, why are you carrying that????". I really just keep my mouth shut.

What's WORSE is to see someone in a mall right in front of the real store with a fake of their product. Just saw a woman toting a FAKE LV outside LV at Mall at Millenia in Orlando, Florida last weekend. Funny thing was that she gave an icy stare at my Framboise Vernis Bedford while I stared straight at the FAKE! Why would ANYONE dare risk to carry a fake in a mall that is FULL of the real thing??? Silly!
