I value my DH's opinion. And if he said he hated it, it would taint the item for me (even if I really loved it) - because I would always look at the item and think of his comment.

So I would sell it, and buy another LE wallet.

Hmm, well, my husband would never notice a new wallet, even if he bought me one that I used regularly..but I would never not carry something because he didn't like it. I mean..I carry what I like, and he carries what he likes, and while we share opinions about things..when it comes down to it, I would still carry something that I loved even if he didn't like it.

That wallet is noticable, even to a husband.
I'm not a fan of that style, either, so I see where he's coming from. (only like the 2001 colors) I think if you start using it, he will notice and you'll have to fess up. If you're ok with that and love it, then keep it, otherwise sell.

use it! it's okay to ask him about his perspective on the wallet but at the end of the day you are the one who will use it. so whether he likes it or not, its your choice. since you bought it, looks like you want it. :P
