Here's some pics..hope they are clear enough. I like the mini bean earnings sideways as opposed to up and down...I am happy with them. Hard to take a decent pic though. I am not 100% sure I like my big bean necklace. I have a mini bean necklace that I may like more...

Is this the 20mm or 18mm bean necklace, KristineNaj? Would you mind modelling a big bean and the mini bean together so we can see the size difference 'in person'?

Welcome to the forum, Kristine. Your Tiffany pieces look lovely on you!

Good luck on your new job, BlueLoula! When you asked about a good luck piece from Tiffany, I thought of the four-leaf clover charm that you could add to your bracelet. :smile1:

I think the shared setting band with diamonds, the solitaire pendant (around 0.60 carat I think, see if it fits my budget) ss bead bracelet mini heart tag, ss mini bow necklace and maybe another diamond band.

I love the bow pendant. It is so delicate and cute. Are you considering DBTY pendant instead of the 4-prong setting?

So here's the two for comparison...20mm and the mini. Let me know if these pictures are ok. At the store yesterday I really like the 12mm size!!

Thanks so much! These are brilliant. I was thinking about the 18mm, but the mini looks so cute on you :smile1: I think I might reconsider the 12mm (or even 14mm), as well! hahah. I just thought, since I'm tall and not really a shrinking flower, I'd go for one of the big beans. But it might be too much of a statement for me. Especially if you say you find yourself reaching for the mini more often...!

As much as I want to like the big bean...I know for sure I wear the mini more. But that 12mm does have my name on it..lol

Now in the open hearts I have different sizes and I do like the larger one...so maybe I am crazy :)

Speaking of Open Hearts...

Apparently, my next purchase was the Elsa Peretti Open Hearts necklace in Rose Gold. Because I quite literally just submitted the order! :lolots:

I've been wanting one since the Bridget Jones films first released, but I didn't like silver against my skin tone, so I never bothered.

And since my divorce last year, all of my friends joke that I'm a modern-day Bridget Jones... minus the smoking and excessive drinking (I've never smoked and I gave up drinking when I became pregnant with my son in January of 2010). Like "Bridget"... I'm slightly eccentric and "a little bit fat" with an overbearing mother, a soft-spoken father, insane friends who have bizarre relationships of their own, etc. It's quite funny, really.

Guess this necklace is my ode to being single / Valentine's Day gift from my son before all of the luxury jewelers increase their prices for the new year! In the meantime, I'll keep saving for that DBTY... probably at a higher price point...

I want the 18mm bean on the 18" chain! Then the bead necklace.

Also, this is totally out of my usual realm, but I really like the mini bead bracelet with the reversible blue enamel/RTT heart, but I'm afraid of the enamel chipping or discolouring! Has anyone had experience with that? If people have had bad experiences, I might put the bead bow bracelet on my wish list in its place :graucho:

i have the mini bead bracelet with the blue enamel rtt heart and it still looks as perfect as the day i got it. no chipping, or discoloration. i have had in for close to 5 months now and haven't taken it off since receiving it.

Thank you very much for sharing your experience! I'm leaning more toward this than the bow, now. It would be my first RTT piece...

I love my mini rose gold open heart! :smile1:

I just posted pictures of my stuff in the collection picture thread.

I saw!! :smile1: Your collection is lovely! I'm quite fond of Elsa Peretti's designs, too, especially the Open Hearts and DBTY.

I've just ordered the Small Open Hearts necklace in Rose Gold. According to my confirmation email, it should arrive by the 21st... but I'm hoping that it arrives much sooner than that! I can't wait to wear it. :D

what size chain did you order?

The 16" one that is "standard". I don't have any shorter necklaces, and I liked the way this looked in the Bridget Jones movies. :giggles:

The way I see it... I can always exchange the chain for a longer length if it doesn't work out for me. I've been wearing a borrowed 16" chain around the house for the past few days, just to get used to the shorter length. It seems OK.
