a baguette type bag from elie saab. seriously this bag type (baguette or eveningbag with short shoulder strap) is one bag seriously missing from h as i only do clutches or baguettes at evening sometimes a clutch is not favorable (think bars) so H please come up with a small elaborate evening baguette

Tumi Laptop Bag with shoulder strap:p I bought a laptop to take with me (I need one to for tPF:rolleyes:) when I travel back to my home country with my 1yr old dd. Ive search for one with H...I cant find anything which will fit my budget, sloppiness and specifications.

In Spring I bought the Bottega Veneta Montaigne bag and I love it.

Right now, I'm seriously tempted by the LV Neo Cabby MM in blue denim as it is so cute. I'm also tempted by another LV bag that I can carry either on my shoulder, handheld or messenger style to carry my laptop, files, and other junk.

As much as I love H, sometimes they don't have all the styles and sizes for my other needs.

Confession is good...right? Let's see...I bought a Bottega Venetta...got home from the boutique, saw it in my closet...hated it. Took it back...huge store credit. Purchased a croc bag...can't remember the designer from Saks. Paid a huge price...but it's really lovely, and think I will keep it. Now I'm on the list for a LV griet bag. If it looks like the pictures in the magazine ad...it's mine. I am get tired of only taking one brand of bag.

Last fall I was looking for a bag. I couldn't find anything I liked so I Googled "designer handbags" and somehow got to tPF. I then found out about the YSL Muse. I ended up buying one and really loved it. Please note that there is no N-M, no Saks, no Nordies.... nothing in my town, so I don't have a lot of exposure to designer handbags IRL.

Sooo, I got the Muse and I really loved it. It was a great handbag. Then a month or so later, I needed a shoulder bag to take on a trip where I would be doing a lot of walking at a trade show. I ended up with an Evelyne and figured I'd switch back and forth between that and the Muse.

Well, it turns out that once I got the Evelyne, I never even looked at the Muse again. I ended up selling it on eBay a few months later when I realized that I would never be using it again.

I'm hoping that my next H bag will be a Kelly. I do believe that 2008 will be my year for one!!:yahoo:

Black Prada clutch w/ruffles and Gucci Britt tote. It hunted me and hunted me so I surrendered and honestly, don't regret it. I guess these purchases in black are due to the fact that I'm still missing a black Birkin in my collection :search:

:yes: Me too...I fell for oversized Muse and now I have her sitting pretty in my closet...Looks great, smells quite nice, too but as you said it: nothing beats the smell of new Hermes leather and may I add - the look

Last week, a Longchamp bag to carry my Birkin in.
3 Weeks back a Chanel Gold East West (1 week after my Birkin) and I love it!:heart:
6 weeks back a B Romanek Turquoise Croc Clutch. No regrets on this either.

Prior to that, mostly Chanel Bags. If only I wasn't so in love with Chanel too....I'd have more H fund!

non-brand, cloth tote bag -- my bank account needs a little break from my summer H shopping spree....

But just got my new BV, and saw some gorgeous, exotic bags!! UH OH...:push::push:
