While I’m very glad that your gorgeous bag is back in your possession, you have every right to be disappointed with CS. Sadly, I think many of us on this forum are rethinking future Dior purchases - which is really a shame.Thank you - so my SA from the Paris boutique was useless . Washed her hands off. The SA in the local boutique I spoke to second time was polite but said this is only a hardware issue, which they KNOW of. Yet they continue to sell.
He said the bag is perfectly fine and it’s the hardware which they do complementary fix/replacement for lifetime. So thats what they did and i just got it this morning. Bag looks ok. But i am super disappointed that this the service DIOR offers for a $5k plus bag
Oh and yeah, they forgot to return the bag with the tiny cloth pouch for the charms .
The first time i bought the bag, they packed it without the dust bag, which i had to go pickup.
