I bought my first lady dior in Paris in Mar and wore for the first time on Monday, barely wore for 15 mins tops. When i was about to put it away, the clasp on the handle came off. I have dropped it off at my local dior boutique today. Not sure when it will be back. I am so bummed this happened after wearing it for like 10 mins. Not a $5k bag .

So gorgeousMy recently purchased lady d-lite. This is my second Dior handbag. I don't plan any more purchases since I noticed that the strap in my Saddle was destroying the hardware. They have beautiful products, but I'm tired of spending money on things that break so easily
I hope that this LD will serve me as long as possible, because it is the most beautiful of all my handbags (even Chanel).

My last Dior purchase is a RTW. A jacket I had such a hard time to get. It's a short bomber jacket with macrocannage and a large waist band. I ordered the smallest size (34) and was scared it would be too small because of my chest but I don't regret at all, it does fit well !

It really depends on the brand (for Chanel I'm always the smallest size for example). But Dior jackets tends to be a little small for me because even if I have a small frame (I'm measuring 1m55), I do have a larger chest. So usually, I have to go with a 36 or 38 if I want to close a slim fit jacket and getting it tailored to fit my smaller waist. For this bomber, it's wider in the chest, back area and the shoulders. So I'm really glad I got the 34 because it would make me look bulky if I took the 36 or 38.
Picked up this Paris map dress a few weeks ago and decided to have the store hem it. I felt bad cutting off some of the Seine so they folded it up in case it needs to come down again lol

Yes, after really pushing back on their suggestion to have the defective bag repaired, they agreed to give me a new one. I was very fortunate to have the backing of my amazing Dior SA in Paris (who unfortunately is no longer with Dior), and have no doubt that she (and her manager) had a huge part in the decision to receive a new bag. That being said, don‘t let them push you around with talks of company policy, because policies can always be overridden in certain cases. Your LD didn’t break after years of use. There was clearly a defect, and it‘s absurd that you should lose your bag for who knows how long, to have it sent out for repair.
