mine was ergo small pebbled leather in black back in 2007-2008
now i am a lil selective and would only go for leather with some style definitely..
due to age factor perhaps.. :graucho:

My first Coach bag was a signature patchwork swing pack. Recently, I got back into Coach and my latest Coach bag was given to me by my best friend for my birthday--it's a Coach Brooke in black pebbled leather. Now I'm into Coach's leather products over their signature styles. I love my new Brooke! :smile1:

My first Coach bag, don't know the name but I remember the day I got her at the Coach outlet in Windsor; I was so excited couldn't wait to carry her out and about.:smile1:

My first Coach was a patchwork tote in the pink tones, I haven't seen it in 3-4 years, I abused it so much I'm ashamed , but in those days I was able to get a bag once or twice a year.

I've owned my Coach Brooke bag (thanks to my wonderful best friend) for four days now. I can honestly say that I love Coach and the functionality of my bag! I love that it can be dressed up or down. Can't wait to take her out to more places! :yahoo:

I haven't been into Coach too long. My first bag was a large patent camel Sophia. I got her late 2010. Since then, I mainly prefer matte leather, the softer the better. My current collection includes that first Sophia and another patent......my crimson Lindsey, 2 leather Lindseys (aegan and safflower), 2 large leather Sophias (black and white), and my one and only siggy, a large purple op art Sophia. If they still made large Sophias, that would be my choice, but since they don't, Lindsey is my girl :-)

Great thread!

My very first Coach was the signature Heritage Stripe satchel in khaki with a pink stripe. I don't use that bag any more because I don't care much for it at this point, but I'm keeping her since she was the first.

These days I don't discriminate between signature and leather, though I do tend to prefer leather over siggy. It all depends on the bag and the style, and it just so happens that more of the leather bags appeal to me these days. I have 11 bags right now, 6 signature, 5 leather.

My first Coach was a patchwork wristlet, and I remember at the time I really wanted the matching bag. I passed on the bag because of its breakaway zipper and its price.

My first Coach bag was a signature Poppy glam tote in gold and khaki. I have since sold it because it was too big, and I realized that I do not like the obvious logos. Also, the cloth made it difficult to take care of. Now I only buy leather or patent leather bags.

This is my first Coach bag, and I wouldn't say my tastes have "changed" because I still like & carry this bag. But my tastes have expanded in that I will now buy more than basic browns & blacks.

My first was a small flap. Can't remember the name but she looked like Penny. The leather was lush and it was navy blue. My tastes haven't changed much. I buy what I love and that could change season to season. I think I have a nice collection that is eclectic. I interchange them often. I donate every few years to make room.

My first Coach bag was a black and white siggy Poppy Jazzy Hobo with awesome bright purple lining. I wore that bag every day for more than two years and she barely shows any wear. I still love that bag and will still keep her in rotation.

My 1st Coach was the Coach Hampton Demi many yrs ago which I got as a gift . I use to love && wear it every single day. My taste has changed over the yearS bigtime. I'm more into bigger bags. I haven't worn it in years. The Signature and leather are my favs. :smile1:
