Mulberry Alexa in chocolate. There's a reason why I don't have any dark brown bags. I convinced myself there was hole in my bag wardrobe... but as it turns out, dark brown is definitely not me. Plus it reminds me of a big ol' turd.

All the fake stuff I bought and thought I was getting real.

Yep! Been there done that. Now I'm saving for the real thing!

My biggest mistake is being impatient with saving for what I want and going out to buy a "just for now" bag.I finally realized that the $200 TJ Maxx bag was not going to fill the void- I might as well have saved the money!

Same problem here! I have bought so many $200 TJ Maxx DKNY/Michael Kors/Jenrigo/some-Italian-designer-no one's-ever-heard-of bags I could probably have a Birkin by now! :( I do have a few nice high end bags I treasure, but I also have a guest bedroom literally filled with purses I need to get rid of. :cursing:

I want to sell my Nova Check bowling bag - I'm pretty irritated with the dye transfer issue. I feel like that shouldn't be a problem for such a costly bag and that Burberry should acknowledge the issue and show some embarrassment and they really do neither, which is sad (and they are one of my most favorite brands, it really really bothers me).

Anyway, I never carry it, and I don't even really like it anymore. It has a little bit of dye transfer despite my attempts to baby it, and I'm about ready to just sell the thing. Wish I'd never bought it. >:| (I adored the bag so much when I bought it, before I knew about the dye problems. I'm steering way clear of their checked bags from now on, I think - I think as a rule I should stick with leather anyway.)

Yup, me too. My daughter's room became my home office after she moved out and the closet is my purse and shoe closet.

LOL! I'm laughing with you, not at you.

That's a high-end, squashy, leathery turd indeed!

my first bag of all was a lv neverfull in pm. i am pretty tall like 5"6. so i really have no idea why i didnt settle for the mm! in anyway, i did sell it away to get a 2nd-hand mm. then i sold the mm to get a chanel gst. i am totally satisfied with my chanel gst now! :)

Longchamp pliage long handle. I bought it before a long haul trip 2 month ago thought it would be a good light travel bag. I used it on the flights and a few days when I was away. It's light weight alright but that's because the materials used are in poor quality! The fabric showed signs of wear after the first use! And half way through my trip, the stitching on one of the handles had come loose! Totally waste of money. I should never have believed in the hype! You really do get what you paid for!

my longchamp lasted me for years and still is. back in my school days, i overloaded tonnes of documents inside. but it never give way. i never had a problem like yours. i am very astonish how strong the longchamp is though.

yep, me too, what really peeved me off is , all those cheap bags have really thin linings that with time, it just tears and all my stuff falls into the bottom of the bag :(

and fake just doesn't look as nice...there's always something about fake that made it...well...fake

Marc Jacobs Blake - it's too heavy and not really my style. Been sitting in my closet for years.

Gucci black fabric jackie o bag - my first designer bag. Find it too "mature" for me at the moment. I bought this when I was 21, I'm 30 now. Haven't worn it since I was 22! Whoops.

Bottega Veneta deerskin tote in a green color. love the color, love the leather. I just have other bags that match my wardrobe better and I prefer smaller bags!
