I love almost everything about this bag .. except the hw color. I'm a silver hw type girl, it just suits my style more. I bought this three months ago, and I've only worn this once. I tried to convince myself to love this bag. I was drawn to the design and color, but hoping they had a silver or ruthenium version. All my other Chanel bags have silver or rhw, I just thought I needed a change. [emoji20]

It's so beautiful [emoji7]

My main one was a black and white Kate Spade Cameron Street satchel. I got it right before I got my first premium designer bag (a Burberry), and once I experienced quality, I just couldn't go back! I only truly enjoyed it for about a month, compared to my other Coach and MK bags which I enjoyed for at least a year- hence the regret.

I was gonna sell it, but I impulsively gave it away to my coworker when she mentioned she loved Kate Spade bags.

Damn it's gorgeous! If you need anyone to take it off your hands let me know!

My Chanel Ritz flap. I fell in love with it when I saw a photo of it here, but since it's a seasonal design, I was a couple years late. So, I did a search for it obsessively and found a "like new" one online. I bought it right away. It came all nice and new. But... I don't love it as much as I think I would. I love the design and the compartment. It's just not the size that I like. It's too east-west to my liking. I just can't bring myself to wear it. Plus, it's in patent, which is my least favorite type of material. It sits in my closet unused.
Hi Vink! Do you still have your Chanel Ritz? I just bought one today online. It's patent as well (black) and it is size medium (has the 4 feet vs 5 feet which is large). What size did you get and is it a heavy and bulky bag? Patent is my less favorite leather as well however from the pics of the bag I purchased, it didnt look like it has a thick coating of patent top of the leather. Perhaps the crinkled leather makes it look more like a shiny leather vs a patent??? I hope you see my message as I'm eager to know more about the bag I purchased. :) Lol. There are NO reviews of the bag on youtube. Lol. I have to just wait patiently for its arrival. Lol. If you have any pics you like to share, please do. :)

A vintage Gucci Bamboo tote! It's super heavy, the handles aren't great for a hand or elbow carry, the crossbody can be used in a pinch but regular use will damage the bag. I loved the idea of it but I don't love it now that I have it... and don't wear it much since it's not practical for every day.

Mulberry Tillie drawstring. The strap had the most irritating length where it didn't look good handheld and it was too short to carry on the shoulder. And for the same money I could have gotten a Bayswater or mini Alexa. 🙄
To add insult to injury, I was totally swindled when I switched it for an AW Rocco. A 700€ lesson I wil never forget!

Gucci Bamboo 1947. Period. The end. First the knob on it came loose. They offered to replace the bag. Nice. Ok. Then a couple of months later the trim around the flap opening and leather behind the knob was tearing away. Ok. Brought it in and they agreed to repair it. Over three months later I get it back. I take it out of the bag and it’s not only dirty but it’s not fully repaired as promised. The leather behind the knob is still damaged. They kept saying they ‘only allow one accommodation’. If fixing their faulty merchandise is accommodating me then that’s outrageous. Then they tell me it’s a very delicate bag. I said I work at home and only take it out on weekends. Exactly how delicate is this bag? I bought it stating I wanted an everyday bag and the SA said this was good for that. I told them and received blank stares. Of course they kept my bag past my year warranty for the ‘repairs’. Never again will I buy a bag from them.

That is just crass. I hate you had to go through that - but at the same time, I'm not surprised as Gucci is one of those brands I will never purchase from either, based on an earlier experience. 🙈

I’m sorry to hear you had a bad experience as well. I hope you got some kind of resolution.

Sad thing is just before this experience I took a friend to that same store location where I talked up the brand to the point where she bought one of their higher end bags + jewelry. I’ve bought multiple belts, scarves and jewelry from them as well. Then they leave me with a dirty bag and a customer service number to call. Not even sure it’s worth trying.

Coach Crosby backpack. Carried it for a week, but the flap keeps popping open while I was shopping. The magnet was weak and keeps coming open about 4 times in a row. For $400 I was super upset.

I complained to Coach and they believe it was a defect and allowed me to return it. I never will buy a backpack with magnet closures again.
