My Emilie is Noir and I don’t need to baby it. If yours is a light coloured item then it might have some colour transfer.
You’re welcome. Noir or dark coloured wallet are safest as they age better than light coloured ones.

It depends on how the glazing looks. A picture would help to decide if it is normal wear and tear or if it is something wrong with the glazing.
Your wallet collection is gorgeous! They are all beautiful. I’m gathering as there’s two Zoe’s it’s a very useful compact wallet? Would you recommend it? I have a Rosalie, zcp, Emilie and victorine in my collection and thinking should I get a Zoe or the card case (same one you have too) for my mini bags. What would you suggest? Which one first?
Why would you want a Zoe since you have the ZCP and Rosalie which fits nicely in mini bags? I think a flat card case would be nice addition compared to Zoe, too similar is size with ZCP and Rosalie. Just my two cents.
I’ve been using Emilie almost daily since I bought it in 2017 and there’s no melting with the new Empreinte. As for the old Empreinte, glazing cracks at the straps of my Citadine PM because I overload the bag and it stretches the leather. No issues with Twinset/Twice, St Germain PM and SLGs in Empreinte.

I LOVE my Zoé wallets. As you can see I either go small (card holders) or big to fit everything. The Zoé wallet is like a card holder (4 card slots + one slot in the back) but you can fit unfolded bills and a few coins. For me this is perfect since I rarely use cash but still want to carry some for emergency situations (in Sweden we almost don’t use cash anymore, I think it was 2-3 years ago since I used a bill haha).
Since I bought my first Zoé wallet it had been my first choice. And I also sold my Victorine epi wallet since it was almost the same functionality but much bigger (two more slots inside but no outside slot). I do prefer the empreinte Zoé and in second place my canvas one. The Zoé wallets in canvas with a stiff leather flap is not really my thing (makes them too stiff since they are so small).
If I would want to minimize my things I would always pick a card holder (I can definitely recommend all my card holders).
