What to say when package does'nt arrive?

I know it has been two weeks, but Sratsey is right sometimes aimail shipping can take forever. Also items can get held up in customs.
If she did not ship it Express then there really no way to track it. However, if she paid for postage at the post office they should have given her some kind of receipt.
If it helps ease your mind I sent an Express package to Turkey & it took a month!!!
I think you have 45 days to file an ebay claim, hold on a day or two longer.

I'm unfortunately having the same problem! I'm having a bag shipped from Canada to me (I'm in US). It's been 16 days and I just contacted the seller. He responded to me (well atleast he is responding! LOL) and I asked him to go down to the post office in Canada and see what they could find out regarding where the bag is at. There is a tracking number but it is no help!
