And local jewellery designers where I am.

I only buy Fine jewellery from Jewellers and watches from Swiss watchmakers, so no Hermes, Chanel, LV... etc. I also do not buy Tiffanys or Harry Winston and haven't for years for political reasons.

I've been really into Dior's fine jewelry lately and they go quite well with VCA. Dying to try on this bangle on my next trip to Dior

If you love intricate details, then you probably love all the Dior jewelry pieces. That Dior bracelet is so gorgeous both the model with and without diamonds. I also had an opportunity to try on some of their other lines as well as some high jewelry pieces. Really amazing designs! But I feel you on the price tag
@waterlily112 @sweetpea_2009 Dior really nailed it with these designs! Reminds me of Indian jewelry with its intricate work! Wish the price point of the pave pieces was a little more budget friendly. But, what I am really mad at them right now is for their worker exploitation! Until they right that wrong, they are not getting my business! Sorry😬

I think I actually cheated on Tiffany with Cartier and then cheated on Cartier with VCA. But now it is a wild love triangle and this sounds way more raunchy when I post this 🤣

But I also purchase random pieces from other one off brands, ultimately jewelry should be about buying what you love and not having to stay loyal to one brand is absolutely fine (and encouraged!!). Jewelry is such a fun and colorful huge world with so much history and different styles, it is part of the joy to sample here and there as your tastes and likes evolve over time.
Ooh I laughed at this so much @tenshix Story of my life! I keep cheating on VCA and H with each other and now Bvlgari got added in to the mix too 😂 The bad part is I can’t seem to stop!

I love your perspective on Jewelry buying! It should be all about the joy no matter the brand!

I respect that.

You have the best collection not just in jewelry but wardrobe and bags across all brands, just so beautifully and tastefully curated & styled together. So effortlessly chic always. My ultimate inspiration and girl crush  🥰:girlsigh:

All valid points and I share the same sentiment related to the labor exploitation.

I've been itching to add a 2nd bangle to go with the sweet clover and I'm most intrigued by my dior and perlee single row. I'm quite taken back by Dior's price point though, 1.62 ctw and $29,900 vs single row at 2.16 ctw and $24,300 :wtf:

Not to defend Dior’s pricing - but the intricacy of the design and the fact that it has quite a bit more gold likely factor into the increased price.

Aww you are the sweetest @tenshix :hugs:I won’t lie! My clothes are super affordable. I love nice silks and linen but I buy them on good promos because all my money gets diverted towards accessories  Sigh! Hermes has my purse strings where bags are concerned. I have cheated on H with Bvlgari, LV and Chanel bags but keep coming back to H! And don’t they know it :annoyed:😂 Just like VCA will always be my go-to jewelry brand no matter how many random stops I take!

Trying to curate a wearable collection of bags, clothes, shoes and jewelry! I will never be a minimalist (I wish!) but I won’t ever be a hoarder either! Hence, the dilemma always on which pieces to add that will get max usage!

I was telling @missie1 that we need to start our own thread here on how to curate our jewelry collection and learn from each other. I know I would personally benefit so much from other’s experiences:heart:

Right? @waterlily112 And that single row is a line of sparkling diamonds

Ooh can I make another suggestion with regards to adding a second bangle please? Of course the single row would be the most PERFECT piece to add to the sweet perlee but I am assuming like me, you are finding it impossible to find it? I would have loved to add another one, this time in WG but that’s another story!
Sorry, back to my suggestion. Since the design on the sweet perlee is elaborate, I feel it needs a spacer like the pearls of gold perlee bracelet or the signature perlee bracelet before adding any bracelet that is also design heavy! Have you checked out Buccelatti Macri bracelets? I feel they stack well with VCA perlee designs but with a spacer like the POG or signature bracelet.

Yes we definitely need to start one. Go ahead and create the thread so we can get started helping each other.

Thanks for the insightful feedback, much appreciated! :hbeat:

I'm actually a big fan of Buccellati! Now that you mentioned it, I did try on the Macri bracelet before & thought it's beautiful. But I think soon after trying on the single row I kind of forgot about it lol! I'll definitely need to bring my sweet clover to my shopping trips next month, where I can try on everything in one go and see how they stack together. Do you think a tennis bracelet can work similarly as a spacer like the POG? I did consider POG but I just try to stay within the budget & thought I should get the more expensive piece first - e.g. single row or something else in that price point so each price increase wouldn't hurt as much  Btw - thanks so much for starting the new thread, I know I'll be popping in for feedbacks & recommendations.

My absolute pleasure @waterlily112 :hbeat: I know what you mean by trying on the single row and forgetting about the rest of the bracelets because that’s exactly what is holding me off from adding any WG bracelets!

I feel like even if you add a tennis bracelet, you will still yearn for the single row! I hear you on adding the most expensive pieces first because I am of the same mindset! But, I would still wait for the single row to show up rather than add another blingy substitute like the tennis bracelet. I feel like the POG would only add beauty to the stack and a piece I know I never regretted! I added the perlee clover, then the single row, the signature and finally the POG - and honestly questioned myself why I don’t add the POG earlier because of it’s versatility! If you get a chance, please try it with your sweet clover and tell us your thoughts
