Hi. No. I tried to get the item at 4:30am, had it in my cart and it was immediately OOS. Stalked the item again at 5:40am, saw it was in stock, and the order went went through. No problems of issues. It probably was the site traffic. The e-mail confirmation is definitely a good sign!

I had an order disappear from my profile and appeared there in a few days. That one took several days before it shipped out. Another time it did not accept my credit card, but when I entered the same info again it went through without a problem.

Yeah, I think we have less people competing for items perhaps as well? Our site serves Canada and US, while the EU site serves....dozens of countries correct? Definitely seems unfair. If anyone is ever traveling to the US and needs assistance in anyway by getting something from the site, I am happy to help.

Wow and yet they still do it after they were sued. They still ask new customers to fill out a profile prior to making a transaction. Smh.
This lead me to read up on my own state's statutes. Not sure if this applies to all states though.
But that explains how resellers can continously get htf items before everyone else

Yeah I also think that they just act on it whenever they feel like it.
