Received my limited edition ZCP this evening and am so incredibly disappointed to find numerous defects. Scratched metal buttons and leather defects on both sides of the zipper pull, scratched zipper, loose stitching, wonky glazing and multiple spots inside the wallet. I picked up today my MP Kaki from the store (online order). CA told me that the receipt is in the bag. At home I realized that there is no receipt only return label, return/exchange policy. Should I go there tomorrow and ask for it or just print it out from my email? Is could be a problem (just in case for the future) if it will be printed at home?

Finally got something in my cart after many refreshes but now I can't check out because it says not available in my cart. Should I keep refreshing while it is in my cart or delete and try again?

I think the official receipt is e-mailed to you. All you get from the store is a gift receipt that only shows the the item number and the item purchased.

The only thing I noticed is that the zipper is a little stiff (on my other smaller products, the zipper is very easy to open). I tried an old trick and rubbed some soap on it. The zipper is not terribly stiff but it is not as smooth as on mini PA or PA. Is this normal for larger pieces with larger zippers?
