No don’t listen to uk client services they say the same thing all the time they are liars! I’ve seen it pop up on uk website soo many times in the last two weeks but you have to act quick it’s literally only up for a minute or even seconds. You should also visit the store and ask them to check on their system to see if its available in any other store - dont rely on client services they try to make everything sound exclusive.

Update for anyone who cares or remembers: my mini pochette I ordered (before the price increase) was stolen from inside the actual LV box. I just received an empty package basically. Got refunded after 7 days, wasn't told what happened or if they found out what happened, and was told no mini pochette in DE is available at all *shakes head* now I'm going to have to stalk it again, and pay for the price increase.. thanks LV

Oh my goodness, that’s just awful. I’m so sorry. They should at least price match the one you got or reimburse you in form of store credit for the extra $ you’ll be paying for an incident that you weren’t responsible for! Ugh

I’m sorry. At least you got the refund. They should honor the original price for you....

Yeah I'm grateful I was refunded so fast! I've read some other posts where it took a lot longer, and was more of a hassle. I told CS there was a price increase, and she just said "sorry that item isn't available right now". I should've asked to price match, but I didn't want to go through the hassle. I might text my CA or just cough up the extra $30 ☹️

That really stinks esp after all you had to go through with this! I would def text your CA, I would think it would be the situation a little better even if it is only $30. It would have been better if they kept your $ and sent you a new one since this is such a HTF item. Then, you wouldn't have to try to stalk again.

I'm just happy it was a $300 item, and not $3000. I feel like it was partially whoever packaged the LV box's fault too. Who packs a mini pochette in a box that would fit a toiletry 26? Therefore it needed a bigger box to be packaged in, and was easier to steal from. My mini pochette in DA was delivered fine, and the box was 3x smaller. Who knows lol karma will do it's work.

I know it sucks, but what can I do haha. I was told initially that I would recieve an email or call from LV for the "next steps", but I just received a refund email. I would've been much happier if they just kept my money and sent me one whenever it came in stock.
