During check out, their site kept glitching at the review stage. Then it said I needed to call my bank for fraud verification so I did. While on the phone with them, it was still in a spinning status, my bank released the hold, then it stopped spinning (this was the fourth time in a row trying to check out). Finally I received an email confirmation and it shows on the first page of my orders, but when I click to see all orders, it does not show there. I have no idea what the heck is going on with their site but their IT department needs to get on it. Oh and it shows as still being in my bag even though the purchase has an order number and I thought went through. I guess we will see if it really does. UGH. Did you have issues checking out at all?

Just got the shipping notice on my mono PA! I was nervous it would not go through after the above happened at 2 am Saturday morning. I had planned for it taking awhile or that it would be canceled because I didn't want to get my hopes up. So glad I will have the trifecta :)

Yay!!! I now have the trifecta of key pouches, now that my DA one has shipped. Isn’t it such a satisfying feeling? LOL!

Yes it is! I once had the monogram but sold it because I thought I would not miss it once I got the other two. Now with more and more rumors that PA will be discontinued I did not want to regret not adding it back lol. I use the PAs more than any other bag/slg I own!

Sorry that this happened to you :(. Do you think LV will block your account after this incident? I have heard that they tend to put a red flag and block customer's online account after something happens to the delivery.

I see. If you ever place an order to your home again, can you please let me know the outcome? I am keen to find out as LV has recently rejected my order without telling me the reason. They might get annoyed as I sent numerous emails/calls to chase up on my order :)

If I do I'll post it on here! But I'm going to try and ship to the store as much as possible because I don't want to go through all of that again :(

Did you reach the 12 item purchase limit? I've seen on here a few orders get cancelled because of that, and some others aren't sure why their order got cancelled either. I wish CS were more clear about it.

You are right, its better to order to the store after what happened to your order.
No i did not reach my 12 item limit. I find that LV tries to not reveal much info as to why they cancel an order. Even when I emailed client services, they tried to get me to call as it is not recorded in writing.

So I’m thinking I want a little cross body strap for the PA so I have that option. The Vachetta 12mm adjustable strap is not in stock online. It is available at king of Prussia and short hills. I inquired yesterday via online chat to LV how I could get one of these straps and they told me I could go to the store and buy it. Gee thanks. I’m 6 hours away. They said these straps are high demand and can’t phone order. What about the Vachetta long strap for the favorite? Would that work? There’s several on fashionphile for $260. Is that way too much? Anyone where PA cross body? What did you use?
