I'm particular, so a lot of these are very specific:
- Black edgepaint on non-black, textured leather bags. It's nearly impossible to not look sloppy; whereas with smooth leather, it's easier to get a straight line
- Contrast stitching on anything but heritage leathers like barenia or vachetta
- Cheap linings
- Bags that are a hassle to get in and out of that I have to set down
- Non-removable straps
- Low-quality hardware
- Micro bags that massively cut corners, like omitting design element hardware or using strap handles instead of rolled
