What is your one thing that you absolutely hate about a bag?

I'm particular, so a lot of these are very specific:
  • Black edgepaint on non-black, textured leather bags. It's nearly impossible to not look sloppy; whereas with smooth leather, it's easier to get a straight line
  • Contrast stitching on anything but heritage leathers like barenia or vachetta
  • Cheap linings
  • Bags that are a hassle to get in and out of that I have to set down
  • Non-removable straps
  • Low-quality hardware
  • Micro bags that massively cut corners, like omitting design element hardware or using strap handles instead of rolled
