My BV Nodinis are too darn useful to let them go, but all are "pony tail" onlyThat!
I agree. They seem functional and they are, but they have an evil side. I hate it when the magnets self close even though I want to keep the bag open a little longer.
Rolled leather handles. They slide right off my shoulder, no matter the designer.
Zippered bags that don't stay together when opened- it's two parts that you have to align to close, like a jacket. No no no.
Bags that turn to complete puddles. I love a nice slouch, but not one that is so floppy/saggy because it has absolutely no structure of any kind.
Most flap styles. I have a few, but they are not ones I reach for for extended periods of use.
If there is no shoulder strap option, no deal. I like options.
Smaller handles that just stick up and get in the way when wearing bag as a shoulder bag. Some aren't too much of a problem, but others almost lean into where you need to access and drive me crazy!
No feet when it is a structured bag and clearly needs feet.

I battle with these! You have to line them up to get them to close, which is difficult while the bag is on your shoulder. On some smooth leathers, the leather gets discolored on the outside over the snap.
So true! I’ve been known to take scissors and cut out those annoying centre zippered compartments more than once.Middle compartments.
Took one of my not so well used bags out yesterday and was pretty soon reminded why it turned into a wardrobe ornament: its middle compartment takes away too much space.
