She is the perfect size right? Not too big and not too small. Fit my iPad perfectly with keys and wallet!

This is my HG too! But I can't even think of getting it until I've achieved all my personal financial goals.

My HG use to be a Chanel WOC, but after I saved enough money for it, I realized that I was too young to spend that much money on material goods so I put it toward my college tuition instead. So maybe when I've achieved all my financial goals, I might actually decide that I don't want a Celine box...

My UHG is a Chanel reissue Gray flap. Or maybe beige - I haven't decided on the colour!

I always said it would be mine for my 40th birthday (I'm 36 now), but now I'm hesitant about the price - seems so materialistic! We redid our kitchen for 10 grand, so this would be almost half a kitchen! :faint:

My holy grail bag was a LV Artsy in Monogram. I normally don't go for mono but I saw this bag and it was instant love - I just needed to have it. I bought her at the start of the year and normally by now I've had a few slight "maybe I should have spent the money on something else/saved/not bought etc" twinges by now but with this bag, nada.

My UHG is probably a LV Mahina L but I honestly don't know whether I'll buy one. I've already had the chance to and passed it up because of the price, and that was a few price increases ago.

You know what... I don't. I have never owned a leather and I was going to ask you what should I do to take care of it. Where would I get it from please? :smile1:

The only bags I have purchased were coated canvas and I have a very small designer collection so far. Some might even consider only ONE of my bags to be designer in fact.. LOL.

I would really love a Dooney leather next.. :-)

Great thread! Over the years, I have had a number of HGs...
LV Houston in beige - I still remember the day I got it, and even though I don't use it much these days it has huge sentimental value, so many memories attached to it.
Anya Hindmarch Lautner bag - lusted after this for years, got the one I wanted (discontinued and I was so lucky to find it at an online consignment store) last year as a 'well done, me' for getting a new job. It's sitting in front of me as I type. I love this bag!
Balenciaga Raisin GSH Work - the colour makes me so happy!

I got my Apple Cond. on ebay through the Co. that sells it. Their home site is Leatherstuff.com. This stuff really is Amazing. Some put it on before they use their new bag and some do it depending on if the leather needs some moisture:)

I had a smaller version of the hobo ( kristin hippie) and the color was Mushroom.The day my Apple arrived, my black tank top left transfer on my hippie. Well the cond. removed All of it.
I have since then found a new home for that bag..I purchased the hobo, so I didnt need 2 light colored leather bags.:p

I never really cared for leather too much before the Kristin line..I liked the sigggy bags..My fiance' just bought me a beautiful one yesterday @ Macy's..They were having a good sale on Coach bags!!

So now I have Suede, leather and a siggy,lol..

Pink or black MJ Stam
Black, tan, or pink Chanel jumbo flap in lambskin
Mono Speedy 30 (B?)
Hermes Paris-Bombay in a caramel soft leather

i don't think my holy grail bag exists out there in the market yet.

but this is how i would describe it:

thin and light leather bag
printed with some vintage coloring on it. like watercolor stuff
still durable and easy to clean
some sort of monogram pattern on it
