Camaro Chic...gorgeous gorgeous speedy! If I were a brown type person I would probably put that down as well. And love the color of that Birkin!
I guess I should state that a bright cobalt blue Birkin with silver hardware would be my Ultimate HG...but alas, that is probably not in the cards for me (not so much financial reasons but just "social" ones). Although with the amount of uninsured dental expenses I had in the last 3 years, I could have had 2 by now
Silversun..I don't think it's a weird notion to have..you know yourself better and you have to do what makes you feel good..especially at those price points!

A Mykonos or Lagon Birkin 35 with PHW are my two other HG bags. Once I have the Rubis and Lagon to add to my black and gold, my collection will be complete!

I was just thinking about Holy Grails...and now that I know how to streamline my "functional" and glam bags, I think mine is the LV Multicolor Black Speedy.
I know some might think it tacky and too young, but I just love how fun and substantial it is (all that hardware!). Can't stop thinking about it and I know it loses its value as soon as you take it home, but so far, I'd really like to have it brand spanking new and just stare at all the 33 different colors
I do need to get my other bags first and then I can start thinking about an actual purchase

When I originally wrote this post, I thought I had found my HG, maybe even my UHG, but alas, it wasn't meant to be. I sold my D&B Portofino Grommet Sac on eBay about 10 months after I bought it. It was too large to be practical, and I always had to lock it in my car trunk at work because it wouldn't fit in my locker. It held all my stuff, but there was so much room it was hard to dig everything out. I just ordered a new Coach Perforated Leather Duffle so maybe that will be it. Such a shame, as it was a gorgeous bag. Ugh, that LEATHER! :sigh:
As far as my heart's desire, I have wanted a Mulberry Alexa for a few years now, so maybe that will be my UHG since I will NEVER be able to afford it.

I think my "Holy Grail" is a little different. While I would love a Bal First or a vintage Chanel medium flap, those are (at least conceivably) obtainable in my lifetime.
My "Holy Grail" would be to have something TRULY bespoke. I would love to travel to Italy, find a master cobbler, and have a bag handmade to my specifications, probably in chevre or kid. Then I would commision an artist to paint it - think Prada's Fairy, but something especially for me. I'd like something by master craftsmen that exists just one place in the world - with me.
